I run my own coaching business. I have a passion to make a difference in this world and in the world of others.  As a youth coach I work with young people to help them recognise their abilities and inspire them to reach their potential in achieving their purpose in life.  As a relationship coach I work with single people who are searching for their life partners. I am truly blessed in my life as a coach as it has allowed me to grow and share my skills with people who want to make a positive change in their lives.

Being a trustee for Trees4Life is one of my ways of giving back, making a positive contribution by helping to sustain our beautiful nature that protects us and with Trees4Life commitment to ensuring more trees are planted it will protect our future generations.  I do hope that you too will join us and help us work towards achieving our goals across the globe.

I am a Journalist and researcher. I am also Co-Director of the documentary film company Red Rag Productions.

I have been a publisher with the independent academic publishing house, Pluto Press for over ten years.  I am also company secretary of Red Rag Productions, a documentary film-making company dealing with issues on minority communities.

• Rafia Meah

I am a graduate in BSC Honours Pharmacology and have a postgraduate (Masters) in Social Work.  I am a qualified Social Worker with over 10 years experience of working with various groups of vulnerable people in need of support in the community.  My career decision stemmed from being a carer for my late disabled father for many years.

During a work experience placement, I have proven to be an academic by contributing in the publication of several research papers of research findings whilst working in a Biochemistry Research Laboratory, working for Imperial College School of Medicine.

I enjoy travelling, photography, beauty, massage and spend a lot of time participating in various campaigns/charity work.  Some of my active involvement has been with the Africa Water Well Project, Twin-Jenin Campaign, raising money for various mosques and IF charity events such as record breaking “Gaza 100” (a 12 hour relay run to raise money for the children of Gaza), “Iftar 10,000” (to feed 10,000 Homeless in 10 different countries, over 10 days) and the recording breaking “Big Read” (most number of children listening to an adult read over 12 hours).
